Abstract: Eklem kıkırdak kayıplarında uygulanan taze osteo- kondral otogreft ve allogreftlerin sonuçlarını araştır mak için, 70 kobay üzerinde çalışıldı. 10 kobayın kontrol grubu olarak kullanıldığı çalışmamızda, kobayların sağ dizlerinde osteokondral defektler oluşturuldu. Bu defektler taze osteokondral otogreftler ve allogreftler ile onarılarak 1, 3 ve 6. haftalarda greftler makroskopik, histolojik ve histokimyasal olarak değerlendirildi. Yapılan değerlendirmede, taze osteokondral allogreftlerde otogreftlere göre daha fazla dejeneratif değişiklikler olduğu, bunun allogreftlerde oluşan çökme ve immünolojik yanıta bağlı olduğu düşünüldü.
