İstanbul Müzik Festivali'nin Türk müzik kültürüne etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, bugüne kadar yapılmış Uluslararası İs­tanbul Festivali'nin müzik yönüyle incelenmesi ve ulaşılan noktanın bir takım görüşler alınarak ortaya çıkarılması amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla; öncelikle, yapılmış olan Uluslararası İs­tanbul Festivalleri incelenmiş, daha sonra da Eğitim Fa­külteleri Müzik Eğitimi Bölümleri'nde çalışmakta olan öğ­retim elemanlarının görüş ve önerileri alınarak, Uluslar­arası İstanbul Festivali’nin Türk müzik kültürüne olan etkilerinin değerlendirilmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler neticesinde, Uluslararası İstan­bul Festivali'nin her geçen gün daha geniş alanlara ya­yıldığı ve daha geniş halk kitlelerine hitap ettiği görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, ilgili kaynakların taranması ve öğre­tim elemanlarına uygulanan anketlerin değerlendirilmesi ile Uluslararası İstanbul Festivali'nin Türkiye'nin be­lirli bir kesiminin müzik kültürü üzerinde olumlu etki­lerinin olduğu anlaşılmış, ancak bunun genele yansıma­sını engelleyen birtakım olumsuz etkenlerin varolduğu da ortaya çıkarılarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The purpose this research is to examine the way of music of the International İstanbul Festival that has been organized until today and to expose the reaching point by gelting some certain ideas. For that reason, the International İstanbul Festi­vale of the previous years are examined at first and then its effects on the Turkish music culture are evaluated by taking the views, opinions and the suggestions of the participants of education working in the d|visions of the music education of Educational Faculties. As a result of the researches it is seen that the İnternational İstanbul Festival is spreading out to wider areas and is addressing to the mass of the common people. As a conclusion, by the examination of the related sources and the appreciation of the inguiries applied on the participants of education it is discovered that International İstanbul Festival has pasitive effects on the music culture of a certain course but the music authorities revealed that there are also some negative factors preventing the reflection of this to the general, so they made recommendations.
