| Abstract: | Bu araştırma hindi besisinde enerji kaynağı olarak, mısır yerine sorghum kullanmanın hindilerin besi performansı ve karkas özelliklerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda % 44 oranına kadar, mısır yerine sorghum' un başarıyla kullanılabileceği anlaşılmıştır. This research was conducted in order to determine the effects of substitution sorghum instead of maise as an energy on fattening performance and carcass characteristics in turkey fattening. The results of the study showed that it is possible to use up to a 44 % ratio of sorghum instead of maize, successfully. |
