İvesi toklularda eritrosit içi sodyum, potasyum ve glutatyon tiplerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmada Uludağ Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi'nde yetiştirilen 30 adet ivesi ırkı dişi toklularda eritrosit içi sodyum, potasyum ve glutatyon tipleri incelendi. Eritrosit içi sodyum değerleri ortalama 74.05 mEq/l olarak saptandı. 50 mEq/l ve altındaki değerler LNa (düşük sodyum) tipli, bu değerin üzerinde olanlar HNa (yüksek sodyum) tipli olarak değerlendirildi. Eritrosit sodyum düzeyleri düşük ve yüksek sodyum tipli koyunlarda sırasıyla 34.00-4725 mEq/l ve 50.67-126.0 mEq/l olarak belirlendi. 4 İvesi koyunun düşük sodyum tipli 26 adedinin ise yüksek sodyum tipli olduğu gözlendi. Fenotip frekansı düşük sodyum tipli îvesi koyunlarında 0.13, yüksek sodyum tipli koyunlarda 0.86 olarak belirlendi. Eritrosit içi potasyum düzeyleri ortalaması 73.43 mEq/l olarak saptandı. 50 mEq/l ve altındaki değerler LK ( düşük potasyum) tipli, bu değerin üzerinde olanlar HK (yüksek potasyum) tipli olarak değerlendirildi. 6 îvesi koyunun düşük potasyum tipli, 24 adedinin ise yüksek potasyum tipli olduğu gözlendi. Düşük ve yüksek potasyum tipli ivesi koyunlarında eritrosit içi potasyum düzeyleri sırasıyla 10.62-30.24 mEq/l, 64.04-105.83 mEq/l değerleri arasında değişti. Fenotip frekansı düşük potasyum tipli ivesi koyunlarında 0.2, yüksek potasyum tipli ivesi koyunlarında ise 0.8 olarak belirlendi. Hematokrit değerleri % 35.70 (%24.0-45.0) olarak saptandı. Glutatyon düzeyleri ortalaması 41.70 mg/100 mi eritrosit olarak bulundu. 50 mg/100 mleritrosit değeri ve altı GSHh (düşük glutatyon) tipli, bu değerin üzeri ise GSHH (yüksek glutatyon) tipli olarak kabul edildi. Glutatyon düzeyleri düşük glutatyon tipli koyunlarda 3 1.80 mg/1 00 mi eritrosit, yüksek glutatyon tipli koyunlarda 64.79 mg/100 mi eritrosit olarak belirlendi. 21 ivesi koyunun düşük glutatyon tipli, 9 adedinin ise yüksek glutatyon tipli olduğu gözlendi. Düşük ve yüksek glutatyon tipli ivesi koyunlarında fenotip frekansları sırasıyla 0.7 ve 0.3 olarak tespit edildi.

In this study, erythrocyte sodium and potassium, and ghitathion types of 30 Awassi sheep in the 'Animal Production, Research and Application Center1 of Uludağ University Veterinary Faculty were investigated. The mean erythrocyte sodium level was determined as 74.05 mEq/1 in Awassi sheep. The samples that had the sodium levels equal or below 50 mEq/1 were described as LNa (low-sodium) type, whereas the ones that had sodium levels above 50 mEq/1 were described as HNa (high- sodium) type. The erythrocyte sodium levels were determined as 34.00-47.25 mEq/1 and 50.67- 1 26.0 mEq/1 in the sheep with low and high sodium types, respectively. While 4 of Awassi sheep were determined as low-sodium type, 26 of them were determined as high-sodium type. Phenotypic frequencies of the low-sodium and high-sodium type sheeps were determined as 0.13 and 0.86, respectively. The mean erythrocyte potassium level was found as 73.43 mEq/1 in the sheep. The samples that had the potassium levels equal or below 50 mEq/1 were described as LK (low- potassium) type, whereas the ones that had the potassium levels above this value were described as HK (high-potassium) type. The erythrocyte potassium levels in the sheep with low- and high- potassium types were determined as 10.62-3024 mEq/1 and 64.04-105.83 mEq/1, respectively. While 6 of Awassi sheep were determined as low-potassium, 24 of mem were determined as high-potassium type. Phenotypic frequencies of the low-and high-potassium type sheeps were determined as 0.2 and 0.8, respectively. Packed cell volume values of sheep were estimated as 35.70 % (24.0-45.0 %). The mean erythrocyte glutathione level was found as 41.70 mg/100 ml RBC (red blood cell). The samples with glutathione levels equal or below 50 mg/1 00 ml RBC were described as GSHh (low- glutathione) type, whereas the ones with the values above 50 mg/100 ml RBC were described as GSHH (high-glutathione) type. The erythrocyte glutathione levels in the sheep with low- and high-glutahione types were determined as 31.80 mg/100 ml RBC and 64.79 mg/100 ml RBC, respectively. There were 21 sheep with low-glutathione type and 9 sheep with high-glutathione type. Phenotypes frequencies of the sheeps with low- and high-glutathione types were determined as 0.7 and 0.3, respectively.
