Endüstriyel tesislerdeki ısıl cihazların ısı ve su yalıtımının optimizasyonu

Abstract

Dünyamızdaki teknolojik gelişmelerin ve hızla artan nüfusun sonucuna paralel olarak enerji tüketimi de sürekli artmaktadır. Artan enerji tüketimi ülke ekonomilerinin giderlerini arttırdığı gibi çevre kirliliği problemlerini de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu açıdan enerjinin daha verimli kullanılması gerekmektedir. İnsanlar enerji kayıplarını özellikle ısı kayıplarını gözleri ile göremedikleri için çoğu zaman ısı izolasyonunun önemini yeterli derecede kavrayamamadadırlar. Halbuki, ister konutlarda ister tesisatlarda kullanılan bir ısı izolasyon malzemesinin maliyeti en fazla birkaç ay içinde amorti edilir. Amorti etme süresi tamamlandıktan sonra sistemin tüm kullanım ömrü boyunca sağlanacak olan ısı tasarrufunun tamamı ekonomik kazanç olacaktır. Çünkü ısı enerjisini elde etmek amacıyla kullanılan yakıttan sürekli tasarruf edilmiş olunacak, dolayısıyla ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlanacaktır. Ayrıca milli servet israfı da önlenmiş olunacaktır. Bundan sonra ilgilenilmesi gereken husus ısı izolasyonunun yapılıp yapılmaması değil ancak bu izolasyon kalınlığının ekonomik olarak belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışmada, Bursa 'da kurulu olan bir tekstil fabrikasının izolasyon projesi incelenmiş ve gerçek değerlerle izolasyon maliyet analizi yapılmıştır. Bu sayede izolasyonun gerekliliği ve önemi irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The energy consumption, parallel to consequences of the technological developments and rapid increase of population, is continuously increasing all over the world. Growing energy consumption increase the national expenditures fairly and it leads to environmental pollution. For this reason, it is necessary to consider using energy more productively. People don't usually realise the importance of heat insulation,because they don't see energy losses especially heat losses with the naked eye. However, cost of the heat insulation material used both buildings and installations can be depreciated in a few months. After then, all of heat conservation obtained during the validity of the system is entered in your pocket as money. Because, there will be conserving from fuel used to obtain heat energy. The point which will be considered after this is not the fulfilment of heat insulation but the determination of the thickness of this insulation economically. In this study, the insulation project of a textile plant established in the Bursa is investigated and the insulation cost analysis is fulfilled with the actual values. By this way, the necessity and significance of insulation are examined.
