Bursa'nın katı atık sorunu ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, hızla nüfusu artan ve gelişen Bursa' nın Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırlarında katı atık sorununun tesbiti ve bu sorunlara uygulanabilir çözüm yolları getirilmesinin yanısıra katı atıkların dünyamızdaki ve ülkemizdeki durumunun ve bertaraf yöntemlerinin anlatıldığı toplu bir kaynak kazandırılmasıdır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde katı atıkların tanımı, özellikleri ve bertaraf yöntemleri ile dünyada ve ülkemizde katı atıkların durumu, bertarafına yönelik yaklaşım ve çalışmalar belirtilmiştir. Diğer bölümlerde ise Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırları yani İnceleme Alanı" nda katı atıkların geçmişteki durumu, bugünü ve katı atıklar hakkında planlanan çalışmalar anlatılmış, bunların ışığı altında katı atık sorununun boyutları tesbit edilmiştir. Bu noktada özellikle tıbbi atıkların ve tehlikeli atıkların bertarafındaki uygunsuzluğun giderilmesi, kaynakta ayrı toplama çalışmalarının daha etkin bir şekilde devam etmesi ve süzüntü suyunun arıtılması için öneriler getirilmiş, bu önlemlerin alınması için gerekli süreçler belirtilmiştir.

It has been aimed to make definition of solid wate problems and to make suggestion of some applicable solving methods in the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality that with the population and that grows continously increases fastly. And also it has been aimed to maintain the resource related with the for disposal of solid wastes and their situation in our country and all over the world. The definition, the characteristics, some studies approaches about the disposal methods and the situation of solid wastes for our country and all over the world have been described in the first chapter. The situation inthe past, today and in the future by explaining the planned projects about the solid wastes in Bursa Metropolitan Municipality (i.e. our investigation area) has been described in the other chapters. (The volume of the solid waste problems has been defined by using above information.) These information has helped us in order to understand the volume of the solid waste problems. Some suggestions have been made and some measures have been explained about the following subjects; corrective actions for non- comformeties about clinical and hazardous waste disposal, teratment of the leachate and making the collective activities by seperating at the sorce more effectively.
