Bursa yöresinde dış mekan süs bitkileri fungal hastalıklarının saptanması üzerinde çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışma Bursa ve çevresinde üç fidanlık ile üç parkta bir survey çalışması şeklinde 1995-1996 yıllarında yapılmıştır. Çalışmada yaklaşık 40 ağaç ve çalı fitopatojen fungusların belirtilerini saptamak amacı ile incelenmiştir. Funguslar %2 lik PDA (Patates Dekstroz Agar) ortamında izole edilmiş ve tanılan ise kültür morfolojilerine göre yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda; Microsphaera alphitoides, Sphaerotheca pannosa, Puccinia graminis, Alternaria spp., Drechslera spp., Ulocladium spp., Fusarhım spp., Chaetomium spp., Colletotrichum spp., Pestalotia spp., ve Comothyrium spp. saptanmıştır.

This study was carried out as a survey study in three nurseries and three public gardens in Bursa and its around in Turkey during 1995 - 1996. About 40 species of trees and shrubs were examined to detect signs of phytopathogenic fungi. Isolations of fungi were made on 2% PDA (Potato Dekstroz Agar) medium and the identifications of fungi were based on culture morphology. The some fungi determined at the end of the study were as follows: Microsphaera alphitoides, Sphaerotheca patmosa, Puccinia graminis, Alternaria spp., Drechslera spp., Ulocladium spp., Fit sari urn spp., Chaetomium spp., Colletotrichiim spp., Pestalotia spp., and Coniothyrhim spp.
