Müzik öğretim yöntemleri dersindeki kazanımların müzik öğretmenliği mesleğinde kullanılırlığın değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin, lisans eğitimleri sırasında almış oldukları ''Müzik Öğretim Yöntemleri" dersinde kazanmış oldukları bilgi, beceri ve davranışların kullanılırlık düzeyi ele alınırken, bu kullanımla gerçekleştirilmesinde etkili olduğu düşünülen diğer etmenlerin durumu ve bu kullanımı nasıl etkilediği de ele alınmaktadır. Bu amaçla, anket uygulaması ve görüşme teknikleriyle; Bursa. Edirne. Sakarya, Bartın. Diyarbakır. Antalya. Tokat ve Uşak 'ta konuyla ilgili veriler toplanmış, bu veriler basit istatistiksel tekniklerle çözümlenmiş, elde edilen çözümler ışığında sonuçlar çıkartılarak, iyileştirici yönde öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Tezde kullanılan diğer bir teknik ise; kaynak taramadır. Bu teknikle. Türkiye'de Öğretmenlik mesleğinin tarihsel gelişim süreci, Müzik Öğretmenliği mesleğinin tarihsel gelişimi. Müzik Öğretmenliği mesleğine hazırlayıcı Müzik Öğretim Yöntemleri, Uygulama ve Okul Deneyimi derslerinin tarihsel gelişimi ve programlardaki görünümü bilgilerine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarındaki müzik öğretmenlerinin, özellikle Müzik Özel Öğretim Yöntemleri ve Çağdaş Yöntemlerini bilme ve uygulamada sıkıntı çektikleri görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda saptanan olumsuzlukların en aza indirgenebilmesi için önermelerde bulunulmuştur. Müzik öğretmeni yetiştiren kurumlarda "Müzik Eğitim Laboratuarları" kurulmalı ve çağdaş öğretim yöntemlerin öğrenmeleri için uygun ortamlar hazırlanmalı, müzik dersinin okuldaki etkinliğinin artması bakımından mutlaka araç- gereç ve uygun ortam sağlanmalı, müzik öğretmenlerinin ihtiyaçlarına cevap verebilecek kitaplar hazırlanmalı, müzik öğretmenlerinin Müzik Özel Öğretim Yöntemleri ve Çağdaş Öğretim Yöntemlerini ve Orff çalgılarını tanımalarına fırsat vermek için. konferans ve hizmet içi kurslar düzenlenmelidir.

In this study, the teachers -working in elementary schools and high schools or collages- with the knowledge, skills and behaviours gained by the lesson named 'Methods of Education in Music' during academic educational period are discussed with the benefits on the utilisation of that. Besides, together with this utilisation, other factors thought to be effective on it is also discussed and appraised. Aimed those above, using both oral and written interview techniques, the information necessary was collected in the cities Bursa, Edirne, Sakarya, Bartın, Diyarbakır, Antalya, Tokat and Uşak. This information was analysed with simple statistics techniques. Conclusions are derived from this analysis and are basis for proposals for better methods of education in music. The other technique applied is research on related sources. Using this technique, the information for these are obtained: Short history of teachers in Turkey, Short history of music teachers in Turkey, the methods of music education to be prepared for the profession of music teacher, short history of the applications and experiences gained in school through the programs in use. At the conclusion it is obviously seen that the music teachers working in elementary schools and collages or high schools have many difficulties either to know or to apply to the special and modern methods of teaching music. In the final part of the study, the proposals are listed to minimise the items fixed to be negative. In all institutions where music teachers are educating in, laboratories for music education should be established, appropriate environments should be prepared to enable teaching Modern methods, necessary tools and the instruments in addition to appropriate media should be obtained for increase in effectiveness of Music lessons, books for music education should be appropriate with the needs of teachers, conferences and courses should be established for music teachers to enable them to be familiar with the special and modern methods of teaching music and Orff instruments.
