Bazı badem çeşitlerinde değişik aşı uygulamaları üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada "Texas" çeşidinin çöğürleri üzerine "Tuono", "Texas", "Drake", "104/1" ve "Non Pareil" çeşitleri "T-Odunlu", "T-Göz", "Omega" ve "Dilcikli İngiliz" aşısı uygulamaları iTe aşılanmıştır. "T-Odunlu" ve "T-Göz" aşıları Temnmz ayında dış şartlarda; "Omega" ve "Dilcikli İngiliz" aşıları ise Mart ayında kontrollü şartlarda yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda aşı tutma, aşı sürme, fidan çap ve sürgün uzunlukları tespit edilmiştir. "T- Odxmlu" ve "T-Göz" aşılarında aşı tutma ve sürme oranları; "Omega" ve "Dilcikli İngiliz" aşılarına göre daha fazla olmuştur. "T-Odunlu" göz aşısında "Tuono" çeşidi %90 ile en yüksek aşı tutma oranını gösterirken;" "Drake" çeşidi %100 değeriyle en yüksek sürme oranını vermiştir. "T-Göz" aşısında ise, yine t "Tuono" ve "Texas" çeşitleri %100'lük bir değerle en yüksek aşı tutma oranını ve "Non Pareil" çeşidi ise, %100 oranıyla en yüksek sürme oranını sağlamıştır. "Omega" aşısı ile yapılan aşılarda, "Drake" çeşidi %76.6 ile en yüksek aşı tutma ve,%56.6 oranıyla en yüksek sürme oranlarını vermiştir. "Dilcikli İngiliz" aşısında ise, "Tuono" çeşidi %86.6'lık bir değerle en yüksek aşı tutma ve "104/1" çeşidi de %7 3.3 oranıyla en yüksek sürme oranını göstermiştir.. Fidan çap ve sürgün uzunlukları açısından, en yüksek fidan çapı "T-Göz" aşı yönteminde "Texas" çeşidinden (2.76) cm elde edilirken, sürgün uzunluğu açısından en yüksek değeri yine "T-Göz" aşı yönteminde "Non Pareil" çeşidinden (112.03 cm) sağlanmıştır.

In this study, scions of almond cvs. "Tuono", "Texas", "Drake", "104/1" and "Non Pareil" were grafted on "Texas" seedlings using "T bark buddings with wood " or "T-bud", "omega" and "whip and tongue" grafting methods. "T bark buddings with wood" or "T-bud" were caried out under outdoor conditions ir. juiy and "omega" and "whip and tongue" graftings were applied under controlled conditions in March. At the end of the research bud take, bud burst and diameter and shoot lengths of the seedlings were determined. Bud take and bud burst ratios were higher in "T bark buddings with wood" or "T-bud" compared with "omega" and "whip and tongue" grafts. By "T bark budding with wood", cv. "Tuono" gave the highest bud take ratio with 90% whereas cv. "Drake" gave the highest bud burst ratio with 100%. By "T-bud", cvs. "Tuono" and "Texas" gave the highest bud take ratios with 100% and cv. "Non Pareil" the highest bud burst ratio with 100%. With "omega" grafting, cv. "Drake" gave the highest bud take and bud burst ratios with 76.6% and 56.6%,. respectively, whereas with "whip and tongue" graft cv. "Tuono" and cv. "104/1" gave the highest bud take and bud burst ratios with 86.6% and 73.3%, respectively.When the diameter and stem lengths of seedlings i were considered, the highest seedling diameter was obtained from cv. "Texas" (2.76 cm) with "T-bud" and the highest stem length was also obtained with "T-bud" from cv. "Non Pareil" (112.03 cm).
