Otomobil dişli kutularında, dişlilerde alınacak konstrüktif önlemlerle gürültünün azaltılması

Abstract

Motorlu taşıtlarda işletme anında oluşan gürültünün önemli bir kaynağı dişli kutularıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, otomobil dişli kutularında oluşan gürültünün, alınacak konstrüktif önlemlerle azaltılmasını sağlamak ve aynı zamanda dişli kutusu secimi yapılırken, gü-rültü acısından en uygun olanının seçimine yardımcı olmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, ilk bölümde ses ve gürültünün tanımı, birimleri, ölçülmesi ye aletleri gibi genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir.Dişli kutularında gürültünün kaynakları da çok çeşitlidir. Ancak en önemli kaynağın dişliler olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu noktadan yola çıkarak, dişli parametrelerinde yapılan değişikliklerle gürültüsü daha az olan dişli kutuları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.Kuşkusuz bu çalışmanın uygulamada bütün gürültü kaynaklarını dikkate alarak yapılması en iyi çözüme ulaştıracaktır. Bu nedenle, ileriki çalışmalara da ışık tutması amacıyla çalışmamızda otomobil dişli kutularındaki diğer gürültü kaynakları da genel olarak incelenmiştir.

The aim of thls search İs to show the ways of decreasing nolse level İn the automoblle gear boxes by changlng sone deslgn parameters and,at the same time,to make simpler the selectlon process of the most suitable and nore silent gear box.With thls aim,in the flrst section,the general Information about the deflnitlon,neasurlng units,measurement and measuring devlces of the nolse İs glven. There are many dlfferent types of nolse sources in the gear boxes.But the most important nolse sources are gears. Having thls İn mlnd,lt İs explalned how the gear box nolse level is affected by changlng the gear deslgn parameters. Certalnly to get an optimal solutlon ,all of the nolse sources have to be considered during the design process of the gear box.Because of that reason,in thls search, it is also mentioned about other İmportant nolse sources.
