Et tipi ana damızlıklarda (G.P.S.), anaçların kuluçkadan çıkış mevsimi, genotip, anaç yaşı ve depolama süresinin kuluçka özelliklerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, et tipi ana damızlıklarda anaçların kuluçkadan çıkış mevsimi, genotip, anaç yaşı ve depolama süresinin kuluçka özelliklerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda döllülük oranına anaçların kuluçkadan çıkış mevsimi, genotip ve anaç yaşının etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P < 0.01). Embriyonik ölümler, çıkış gücü ve kuluçka randımanına mevsim, anaç yaşı ve depolama süresinin etkisinin önemli (P < 0.01). Genotipin etkisinin ise sadece erken ve kabuk altı ölümler üzerine etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir (P < 0.01). Civciv çıkış ağırlığına mevsimin ve genotipin etkisi önemsiz, anaç yaşı ve depolama süresinin etkisi ise önemli bulunmuştur (P < 0.01).

This research was carried out to determine the effects of hatching season, genotype, breeder age and storage period on hatching characteristics of Broiler Grand Parent Breeders. The results showed that the effects of hatching season, genotype and breeder age on fertilty were found significant (P < 0.01). The effects of season, breeder age and storage period on embryonic mortality, hatchability of fertile eggs and hatchability of total eggs were significant (P < 0.01), Whereas the early deaths and pipped were effected by the genotype (P<0.01). The effects of season and genotype on chicks hatching weight were not significant however, the effects of storage period and age of breeder (P< 0.01) were significant.
