Konya ili Beyşehir Gölü güney kesiminden toplanan ağaç kabukları üzerinde belirlenen myxomycetler üzerinde taksonomik çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Konya-Beyşehir Gölü güney kesiminde Pinus spp. ve Quercus spp. türlerinin hakim olduğu bir alanda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bölgeden toplanan ağaç kabuğu ve döküntü üzerinde laboratuvar çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla nem odası uygulamaları yapılmiş ayrıca ortamda gözlenen doğal örnekler ise direkt olarak toplanmıştır. Onbeş takson bölge için yeni kayıttır. Bunlardan dört takson tür düzeyine imlemeyerek genus düzeyinde bırakılmıştır.

This study was made in the southern parts of Konya- Beyşehir lake where Pinus.spp and Qucrcus spp. found densely. Laborotory studies were made the legs and barks of trees collected from this region. Some of Myxomycetes species were grown incubation, other Myxomycetes species were directly collected from their natural habitat. End of this study 15 taxa were determinated. These taxa new recorted for this region. Fourtaxa were unable to determinate to correspond to the level of species. Because of They were distinguished in the level of genus.
