Küreselleşme ve spor

Abstract

Günümüzde spor ve insan yaşamı birbirinden ayrılmaz hale gelmiştir. Bu nedenle hangi yaşta olursa olsun, bilimsel temellere dayalı, bilinçli ve sistemli yapılan spor, insanın tüm yaşamı boyunca sağlıklı, uyumlu, başarılı, mutlu olmasında ve normal gücün yüksek tutulmasında önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, sporun yaygınlaştırılması gerekli görülmektedir. Bir toplumda sporun yaygınlaştırılması, söz konusu özelliklerin bireylere kazandırılmasının yanı sıra, üst düzeyde yarışmaya dayalı çalışmayı gerektiren ve evrensel kültür öğesi olarak değerlendirilen spor için de sağlam bir temelin oluşmasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Küresel bir olgu olarak spor, toplumların sosyo-ekonomik koşullara bağlı olarak yaygınlık kazanmaktadır.

Nowadays sports and human life have become inseparable from each other. Therefore, sports played scientifically, consciously and systematically at any age whatsoever, plays an important role in being healthy, harmonious, successful, happy and in keeping the normal strength high during all the life of a human. In this context, rendering sports prevalent is considered necessary. Causing sports to be prevalent in a society not only helps individuals gain the said properties, but also helps the formation of a sound base for sports which requires a work based on high level competition and is evaluated as a universal cultural element. Sports as a global phenomenon gains prevalence depending on the socioeconomic conditions of societies.
