Filibe'deki camilere yapılan harcamalar (1884-1886)

Abstract

Osmanlı arşivlerinin en önemli yazılı kaynakları Şer'iyye Sicilleri'dir. Ancak üzerinde çalışma yaptığımız muhasebe defterleri de büyük önem arzetmektedir. Tez konusu olan Defter; Filibe ahâlisinin hukukî, dinî, iktisadî, ticarî ve sosyal ilişkilerini gösteren yazılı bir belgedir. Osmanlı kurumlarının araştırma yapılarak ortaya konulması, günümüz toplumları için kaçınılmaz bir ihtiyaçtır. Bu çalışma, Filibe'nin iki yıllık bir süre zarfında resmedilmesi ve şehirde o döneme ait Osmanlı kurumlarının envanteri çıkarılarak incelenmesi, camilere yapılan harcamaların ve vakıf malları ile gelirlerinin tespiti gayesiyle yapılmıştır. Çalışma, temel olarak iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Filibe tarihi üzerinde durulmuş, kısaca fetihten önce ve Osmanlı dönemlerinde Filibe şehri ve bu şehirdeki Osmanlı kurumları ele alınmış, şehrin sosyal hayatı tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çerçevede Müslüman ve gayrimüslim unsurların uyum içinde bir hayat yaşadıkları görülmektedir. İkinci bölümde "Filibe Umûm Masârifât Defteri"nin tanıtımı yapıldıktan sonra Defter'in latinizesi gerçekleştirilmiş, ardından Defter'in analizi ve değerlendirilmesi yapılarak sonuca ulaşılmıştır.

The most important written sources of the Ottoman Empire's archives are "Şeriyye Sicilleri". However the accounting books that we are researching also play an important role. The accounting book that is the subject of our researh is one of the very important written sources giving us info about the legal, religious, economical, business and social relations of the population of Filibe. It is very immportant for todays socities to get info about the institutions of the Ottman Empire. The aim of this researh is to get info about the institutions being active at that time, investigate the expenses done for the mosques and report the incomes of the foundations for the period 1884-1886. This work consists of two parts. The first part is about the city Filibe for the periods before the Ottoman Empire, the period during the Ottoman Empire, the Ottoman Empire Institutions and the social life of the city. It is quite clear that muslims and non muslim socities were living in piece. On the second part of the research the accounting book "Filibe Umum Masârifât Book" has been explained, translated into latin language, analized, evaluated and finally arrived at the conclusion.
