Lomber disk hernisi ameliyatı geçiren hastaların ameliyat sonrası erken dönemde yaşadıkları ağrı deneyimi ve ağrı yönetiminden duydukları memnuniyetin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Çalışma LDH ameliyatı olan hastaların ameliyat sonrası erken dönemde yaşadıkları ağrı deneyimini, kullanılan analjeziklerin hastaların ağrı şiddetini azaltmaya olan etkisinin incelenmesi ve hastaların uygulanan ağrı yönetiminden duydukları memnuniyetin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Çalışmanın evrenini 2016 yılı içinde Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Nilüfer Ek Binası Cerrahi kliniğinde Lomber Disk Hernisi (LDH) ameliyatı geçiren hastalar oluşturdu. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise 8 Mayıs-8 Kasım 2017 tarihleri arasında ameliyat olan, araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden, örnekleme dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan ve ameliyat sonrası dönemde en az 24 saat klinikte yatan hastalar oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın verileri, bilgi toplama formu, Ameliyat Sonrası Ağrının Giderilmesinde Hastaya Verilen Bakım Kalitesinin Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği ve Hasta İzlem Formu kullanılarak toplandı. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizlerde; gruplararası farklılıkları değerlendirmek için Sample t testi, Anova, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis, Friedman testi uygulandı. İlişkileri belirlemek için Pearson korelasyon katsayısı analizi kullanıldı. Hastaların ameliyat sonrası ağrının giderilmesinde hastaya verilen bakım kalitesinin değerlendirilmesi ölçeği genel puan ortalaması 51,44±6,61 (14-70), ağrı yönetiminden duydukları memnuniyet puan ortalaması ise 8,33±1,62 (0-10) olarak bulundu. Sonuç olarak; LDH ameliyatı geçiren hastaların ameliyat sonrası ağrının giderilmesinden memnun olduğu belirlendi.

The study was conducted as a descriptive study to assess the pain experience experienced by the patients with LDH in the early postoperative period, the effect of the analgesics used to reduce the pain severity of the patients, and the satisfaction of the patients' pain management. This universe of the research consisted of patients who underwent Lomber Disc Hernia (LDH) surgery in the department of surgery, Nilüfer Annex of Faculty of Health Sciences Bursa Yuksek Ihtisas Educational Research Hospital University in 2016. The sample of the study consisted of patients who operated between May 8 and November 8, 2017, agreed to participate in the study, met the sampling inclusion criteria, and stayed in the clinic for at least 24 hours postoperatively. Data of work, information collection form was collected using the assessment of the quality of care given to the patient with post-surgery pain scale and patient monitoring form. Face-to-face interview techniques were used to collect research data. In statistical analysis; Sample t test, Anova, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis, Friedman test were used to evaluate group differences. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was used to determine associations. In the postoperative pain relief of the patients, the average score of the assessment of the quality of care given to the patient was found to be 51.44 ± 6.61 (14-70), and the mean satisfaction score from pain management was found to be 8.33 ± 1.62 (0-10). As a result; patients who underwent LDH surgery were found to be satisfied with the relief of postoperative pain.
