Tema parkları ve Bursa için uygun temaların belirlenmesine yönelik araştırma

Abstract

Kentleri yaşanabilir kılan en önemli özelliklerden biri kentlerin sahip olduğu açık alanlardır. Açık alan sistematiği içerisinde yer alan park alanları, kent dokusu içerisinde bireylerin yaşam kalitesini arttırmaya yardımcı olmaktadır. Parklar işlevlerine göre farklı sınıflara ayrılmaktadır. Aktif ve pasif rekreasyon olanakları sağlayan ve rekreasyona erişimi sağlayacak olan aktivitelerin bir tema etrafında şekillendiği tema parkları bu tez kapsamında ele alınmıştır. Bursa'nın doğal ve kültürel peyzaj potansiyellerinden hareketle uygun temalar belirlemek tezin ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Kent kimliği üzerinde etkisi olan tema parkları ile Bursa turizmine katkı sağlanacaktır. Koruma- kullanma dengesi ile doğal ve kültürel tema parkları oluşturularak nitelikli alanların sürdürülebilirliği hedeflenmektedir. Sonsuz eğlence ve hazzı yaşatmayı hedefleyen tema parklarının park sistematiği içerisindeki yeri vurgulanarak tema parkı türleri ve Dünyadan örneklerine yer verilmiştir. Bursa için uygun temaların belirlenmesine yönelik araştırmanın temel yöntemi Delphi Tekniği olmakla birlikte tamamlayıcı olarak uzman kişilere açık ve kapalı uçlu sorulardan oluşan bir anket eş zamanlı olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Bursa için önerilen ilk 3 tema; • "Eğitim temalı park ve bahçeler" • "Rekreasyon ve eğlence temalı park ve bahçeler" • "Tarih temalı parklar" ile "sanat temalı parklar" olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu temalar, Bursa'nın doğal ve kültürel peyzaj öğeleri ile sentezlenerek, değerlendirmeler ve öneriler yapılıp, Bursa için uygun temalar gerekçeleri ile sunulmuştur.

One of the most important features that makes the cities viable, is open areas they have. Parks areas which take place in open areas system, help individuals to increase their life quality in urban texture. Parks are divided into different classes according to their functions. Theme parks which provide active and passive recreation facilities and activities that will provide access to recreation are shaped around a theme are covered in this thesis. According to natural and cultural landscape potentials of Bursa, determining appropriate themes create the main purpose of the thesis. Theme parks which have effects on the identify of the city will contribute to Bursa tourism. By creating natural and cultural theme parks with the balance of protection and use, sustainability of well- qualified areas is aimed. Emphasizing the location of the theme parks that aim to make endless entertainment and pleasure in thepark system, theme park types and examples from the World are placed. In addition to Delphi Technique which is the main method of the search for determining the suitable themes for Bursa, a questionnaire consisting of open and closed ended questions was applies simultaneously to the experts as complement.According to the search the first 3 themes proposed for Bursa were determined as; • " Education themed parks and gardens" • " Recreation and entertainment themed parks and gardens" • " History themed parks" and "art themed parks " These themes were synthesized with the natural and cultural landscape elements of Bursa, evaluations and suggestions were made and appropriate themes for Bursa were presented with their reasons.
