Abstract

Bu çalışmada teorik bilgiler kapsamında stoklar, stokların kontrolü, stokların bağımsız denetimdeki önemi incelenerek, teorik bilgilerin uygulamaya yansıması amacıyla BİST de işlem gören tekstil işletmelerinde, stokların bağımsız denetim sürecine ve görüşüne etkisi araştırılmıştır. İşletme kalemleri içerisinde önemli paya sahip olan stokların; işletme karlılık durumu üzerinde büyük etkisinin olması, bu konunun daha da önemli hala gelmesine sebebiyet vermiştir. Değişen moda trendleri, talep dalgalanmaları, ürün çeşitliliğinin artması ve başka faktörler nedeniyle işletmeler stoklarıyla ilgili zor durumlar yaşamaktadır. Günümüz piyasa koşullarında işletmelerin faaliyetini sürdürebilmesi için tam zamanında ve doğru kararlar verebilmesi zorunlu hal almıştır. Bu nedenle işletmelerin geleceği için etkin stok kontrol ve yönetim politikaları büyük önem taşımaktadır. İşletmeler stok kalemlerinin kontrolünü sağlamalı, maliyetlerini belirlemeli, denetim süreçlerini dikkatli bir şekilde ve sürekli olarak yapmaları gerekmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda "İşletmelerde Stokların Yönetimi, Bağımsız Denetimdeki Önemi ve Borsa İstanbul (BİST) Tekstil Sektörü Bağımsız Denetim Raporlarında Stokların Analizi" tez konusu olarak seçilmiş, işletmeler için önem arz eden stoklara ilişkin iç kontrol sisteminin önemine, bağımsız denetim çalışmalarında nasıl ele alındığına ve uygulama kapsamındaki işletmelerin bağımsız denetim raporları üzerindeki etkisine bakılarak, yararlı olmaya çalışılmıştır. Tez stoklarla ilgili teorik bilgiler ve uygulama bütünlüğü içerisinde ele alınmıştır.

Due to changing fashion trends, fluctuations in demand, increasing product diversity and other factors, enterprises are experiencing difficulties in their stocks. In today's market conditions, it is obligatory for companies to make timely and right decisions in order to continue their activities. Therefore, effective inventory control and management policies are of great importance for the future of enterprises. Businesses should ensure the control of inventory items, determine their costs, and carry out audit processes carefully and continuously. For this purpose, "Stocks Management in Enterprises, Importance of Independent Auditing and Analysis of Stocks in Borsa İstanbul (BİST) Textile Sector Independent Auditing Reports" was chosen as the subject of the thesis. effect has been tried to be useful. The thesis is dealt with the theoretical knowledge and application integrity.
