Bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda sanat eğitimi ve materyallerinin gelişimi

Abstract

Günümüzde sanat eserinin oluşum aşamasında araç olan bilgi teknolojilerinin etkin bir hal alması ile birlikte ortaya çıkan sanat eserlerinin ulaştığı zengin yapılara ve aynı zamanda eserin ortaya çıktığı süreçte sanatçıyı sürüklediği düşünsel değişimlere neden olabilmektedir. Bu etkileşimlerin toplumsal yaşantı ve kurumlardaki etkisinin sanat ve sanat eğitimine olan etkisi de yadsınamaz. Bu bağlamda çalışmada çağın dinamizmine paralel bir sanat eğitiminin planlanması ve eğitim verilebilmesi amacıyla bilgi çağı, bilim ve teknoloji kavramları ile sanat eğitimi arasında kurulmaya çalışılan ilişki araştırılmaya değer bir alan olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Bu araştırmada, ortaokul kademesinde görev yapan görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin, bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda geliştirilen eğitim ve sanat eğitimi vi materyalleri hakkındaki görüşlerinin ve bu materyallerin eğitim ortamlarında kullanım durumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda, öncelikle görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin teknolojik eğitim materyallerinin kullanımına dair genel görüşleri alınmış ve öğrencilere kazanım edindirmede, bu materyallerin hangi kullanım yöntemleri ile sanat eğitimine katkı sağladığı ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Bursa iline bağlı 2 merkez ilçeden, 3 devlet 4 özel okulda 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında görev yapan 8 görsel sanatlar öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından “durum çalışması” deseni kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada veriler, araştırmanın katılımcıları ile uygulanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler, görüşmeler sürecinde araştırmacının gözlemleri ve doküman incelemesi veri toplama yöntemleri ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, tümevarımsal yaklaşım olan tematik analiz tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğunun akıllı tahta, bilgisayar, projeksiyon, akıllı telefonlar gibi materyalleri eğitim ortamlarında kullanımlarının aktif olduğuna dair bulgular elde edilmiştir. Ancak teknolojik eğitim materyallerinin, eğitim ortamlarında kullanımının olumlu olduğu kadar olumsuz sonuçlar doğurabileceğini de belirtmişlerdir. Bu araştırma, çağın dinamizmine uygun bir sanat eğitiminin planlanması ve eğitim verilmesi gerekliliğini vurgulaması açısından önem taşımaktadır.

Today, with the effective use of information technologies, which are tools in the formation stage of the work of art, it can cause the rich structures reached by the works of art, as well as the intellectual changes that the artist drags in the process of the work. It is also undeniable that the impact of these interactions on social life and institutions on art and art education. In this context, the relationship between the information age, science and technology concepts and art education has been presented as a field worths the research in order to plan and provide an art education in parallel with the dynamism of the age. viii In this study, it is aimed to investigate the opinions of visual arts teachers working at secondary school level about art education and art education materials development toward scientific and technological developments and their use in educational environments. In this context, first of all, general opinions of visual arts teachers about the use of technological education materials were taken and it is revealed that which methods are used to contribute to art education in order to gain students. The research group of this study consists of 8 visual arts teachers working in different 3 state and 4 private schools which are located in 2 different central districts of the Bursa in 2019-2020 academic year. In the study, "case study" pattern, which is one of the qualitative research approaches, was used. In this study, the data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with the participants of the research, the researcher's observations during the interviews, and document review data collection methods. The data obtained were analyzed by one of the inductive approach, thematic analysis technique. According to the research findings, majority of visual arts teachers are active in the use of materials such as smart boards, computers, projection and smart phones in educational environments.However, they also stated that the use of technological education materials can have negative as well as positive effects. This research is important in terms of emphasizing the necessity of planning and providing an art education that is suitable for the dynamism of the age.
