Ergenlerin cinsel eğitime yönelik tutumları ve kendini gizleme durumları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada lise öğrencilerinin cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ve kendini gizleme (selfconcealment) durumları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Ayrıca cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ve kendini gizleme durumlarının cinsiyete, okul türüne, sınıf düzeyine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı arattırılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Bursa ilinde bulunan dört farklı lisede öğrenim görmekte olan 485 lise öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Cinsel Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Kendini Gizleme Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (22.0 versiyonu) kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde ilişkisiz örneklemler için t testi, tek yönlü Varyans analizi (ANOVA), Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyonu teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ölçeğinin cinsel eğitimin yararlarına ilişkin alt boyutunun cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir biçimde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre erkeklerin cinsel v eğitimin yararına ilişkin Görüşlerinin kızların bu konudaki Görüşlerinden daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Okul türüne göre değerlendirildiğinde anadolu lisesi öğrencilerinin cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ortalama puanlarının meslek ve teknik lisesi öğrencilerinin cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ortalama puanlarından anlamlı bir Şekilde daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sınıf düzeyine göre bakıldığında 9 ve 10. sınıf öğrencilerinin cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ölçek puanlarının 11. sınıf öğrencilerine göre daha olumsuz olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Cinsel eğitime yönelik tutum ölçeği ve alt boyutları ile kendini gizleme ölçek puanları arasında pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

In this study examines the relationship between high school students‟ attitudes toward sexual education and self-concealment situations. In addition, it was investigated whether attitudes toward sexual education and and self-concealment differ according to gender, type of school and class level. The study group consisted of 485 high school students who studying four different high schools in Bursa in the 2018-2019 academic year. Data were collected using Personal Information Form, Attitude Scale Toward Sexual Education and SelfConcealment Scale. The datas obtained in the study were analyzed using SPSS version 22.0. Unrelated sample T-Test, one way analysis of variance, (ANOVA), Pearson Product Moment Correlation techniques were used data analysis. It has been determined that the subdemension of the attitude scale towards sexual education regarding the benefits of sexual vii eduacation differs significantly according to gender. According to this, it is seen that sexual education scores of boys are higher than girls‟ scores. When evaluated according to the school type, it was determined that the average schores of Anadolu high school students‟ attitude toward sexual education were significantly higher than the attitude average scores of vocational and tecnical high school students toward sexual education. When examined by grade level, it was determined that 9th and 10th grade students‟ attitude scale scores towards sexual education were more negative than 11th grade students. A positive and low-level relationship was found between the attitude scale and sub-dimensions of sexual education and self-concealment scale scores.
