Orta dereceli okul öğretmenlerinin Xl. milli eğitim şurasında belirtilen ölçütler çerçevesinde davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile, On birinci Milli Eğitim Şurası'nın "Ortaöğretim Öğretmenlerinin Eğitimi" kısmında ortaya konulan işin gerektirdiği niteliklere göre öğretmenlerin sahip olduğu nitelikler, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Müfettişlerinin görüşlerine dayalı olarak saptanmıştır. Yapılacak olan hizmet-öncesi ve hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetleri ile öncelikle hangi davranışların geliştirilmesi gerektiği konusunda önerilere yer verilmiştir.

In this study, the qualities of the secondary school teachers, which were determined in the section of the "Secondary Teachers Training" of the Eleventh Council of National Education as necessary qualities of the job, were investigated according to the supervisors' opinions of Ministry of Education. In addition, suggestions were given for pre-service and in-service educational activities and the behaviors which should be developed primary.
