İlköğretim öğretmenlerinin sekiz yıllık eğitime ilişkin beklenti, sorun ve önerileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma ilköğretim öğretmenlerinin sekiz yıllık zorunlu eğitime ilişkin beklenti, sorun ve önerilerini anlamak ve bunların sekiz yıllık eğitimin temel ilkeleriyle örtüşen ve ayrışan noktalarını saptamak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla Bursa ilinden 150 ilköğretim öğretmenine kağıt-kalem yöntemiyle beklenti, sorun ve önerileri soru/muştur. Sonuçlar pek çok noktadan temel ilkelerle beklenti, sorun ve önerilerin kesiştiğini ancak öğretmenlerin özellikle üzerinde durduğu bir konuya dikkat çekilmesi gereğini ortaya koymuştur: Müfredat programının yoğunluğunun azaltılması.

This study intended to investigate the expectations, problems and proposals of primary education teachers related to the eight years of obligatory education and to compare these with the basic principles of the primary education by eight years. By means of paper and pencil, 150 primary school teachers of Bursa were asked about their expectations, problems and proposals. Results showed that they coincide with the basic prlncipals of primary education, but the teachers stressed to the need of lightening the intensive curriculum.
