İneklerde prostaglandinlerle çalişmalar ll. çeşitli fertilite sorunlarında kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bir prostaglandin analogu olan Dinoprost tromethamine (LutalyseR) değişik fertilite sorunları bulunan 9 inekte luteolysis ve sağıtım amacı ile kullanıldı. Bu olgular 1 adet pyometra, 2 adet mumifiye fötüs, 1 adet ovaryum kisti, 3 adet suböstrüs olup, ayrıca 2 düvede abortus amacıyla uygulama yapıldı. Bulgulara dayanarak prostaglandinlerle, endike bulundukları olgularda uygun doz ve zamanlama ile, ovaryumları travmatize etmeden luteolysis sağlanarak başarı• lı bir sağıtım yapılabileceği kanısına vardık .

In this study Dinoprost tromethamine (LutalyseR) were given to the 9 infertil cows and heifers asa purpose of luteolysis and treatment. These cases were, 1 pyometra, 2 mumified foetus, 1 cystic ovarium, 3 subestrous and it was also given to 2 heifers for the aim of abortion. We concluded that in case of luteolysis, without travmafizing the ovaries, prostaglandins were effective in the highest success.
