Erkek köpeklerin kimi spermatolojik özellikleri üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı köpeklerde kimi spermatolojik özelliklerin araştırılmasıdır. Materyal olarak Gemlik Askeri Veteriner Araştırma Enstitüsünde yetiştirilen ll adet erkek köpek kullanıldı. Köpeklerden masaj yöntemiyle alınan spermada makroskopik ve mikroskopik özellikler saptandıktan sonra ölü, anormal, akrozomu defektli spermatozoa oranlarının tespiti için boyalı preparatlar hazırlandı. Sonuçta 11 köpekte ortalama sperm hacmi 2.24 cm3, pH 6.16, spemıatozoon yoğ!unluğu 0.68 x l06/cni3, spermatozoon motililesi % 60, ölü spermatozoon oram % 32.24, anormal spermatozoon oranı % 25.62, akrozomu defektli spermatozoa oranı da % 0.24 bulunmuştur.

The aim of this study is to investigate some of spermatological characteristics of dog semen. For this purpose 11 dogs, bred in Gemlik Military Veterinary Researclı Institute, were used. Semen was collected by the massage technique. Immediately after collection, the spermatological characteristics were examined. Slides were prepared to determine the percentage of live spermatozoon, abnormal spemıatozoon and acrosome damaged spermatozoon. Finally, for 11 dogs ejaculate volume, pH, motility, percentages of death, abnormal and acrosome defected spermatozoon averages were found 2.24 cm3, 6.16, 0.68 x 1063, % 60, % 32.24, % 25.62 and % 0.24 respectively.
