Abstract: Bu çalışmada, kapasite planlamasında kullanılan kantitatif karar verme tekniklerinden doğrusal programlama ile çimento işletmesinde en uygun kapasite belirlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Uygulama yeri olarak Sivas ilinde faaliyet gösteren YİBİTAŞ/LAFARGE Sivas Çimento fabrikası seçilmiştir.
In this study, has been aimed optimum capacity determine in cement business with linear programming from quantitative deciding methods used in capacity planning. As a practice area, has been selected YİBİTAŞ/LAFARGE Sivas cement factory which has been working in Sivas.
