Abstract: Bu çalışmada danalardan izole edilen 2 adet Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies mycoides suşunun civciv tracheal organ kültürlerine etkileri incelendi. Tracheal organ kültürü bir günlük SPF (specific pathogen free) civcivlerden hazırlandı. Her iki izolat ve referans suş siliostatik aktivite gösterdi. Referens suş 12.,1 no.lu izolat 15,2 no.lu izolat 14. günde siliostazis oluşturdu. Hem saha izolatları hem de referans suş TOKde sayıca artarak ürediler, sadece organ kültür vasatı içeren ortamda ise üreme gözlenmedi.
In this study, the effect of two Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies mycoides strains isolated from cows were investigated in chicken tracheal organ cultures. Tracheal organ cultures were prepared from one- day-old SPF (specifıc pathogen free) chicks. The two isolates and reference strain showed siliostatic activity. Reference strain, isolate no.I and isolate no.2 caused ciliostasis on 12 days, 15 days and 14 days post-inoculation, respectively. Either the field isolates or reference strain multiplied in tracheal organ culture but can not multiply in organ culture medium.
