| Abstract: | Bu çalışmada, Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies capri ve Acholeplasma laidlaw nin civciv tracheal organ kültürüne etkisi incelendi. Her iki suş tracheal organ kültüründe siliar aktiviteyi durdurucu etki gösterdi ve sayıca artarak üredi. Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies capri'nin siliar aktiviteyi durdurma hızının inoküle edilen mikroorganizma sayısına bağlı olduğu ortaya kondu. In this study, the effect of Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies capri and Acholeplasma laidlawii were investigated in chicken tracheal organ culture.The two strains showed cilia- stopping effect and multiply in tracheal organ culture. It was determined that the rapidity of cilia- stopping effect of Mycoplasma mycoides subspecies capri was related to the number of organisms inoculated. |
