Bursa'da tüketime sunulan piliç butlarından staphylococcus aureus ve escherichia coli tip izoıasyonu üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

Bursa'da çeşitli marketlerde tüketime sunulan piliç butlan koliform grubu mikroorganizmalar, E. coli tip 1, toplam stajilokok ve Staph. aureus yönünden incelenerek, izole ve identijiye edilen suş/antı antibiyotiklere dirençlilik durumlan saptandı. Analize alman örneklerde kolifomı grubu mikroorganizma sayısı ortalama 19 tr/g. olarak saptandı. Önı kl rin % 32.35'bıde E. coli tip 1 saptandı. Toplam stajilokok sayısı ortalama 4.5 tr/g., koagülaz pozitif stafilokok sayısı ortalama . olarak bulundu.Staph. aureus ve E. coli suşlannın çeşitli antibiyotiklere gösterdikleri duyarlılık ve dirençlilik özellikleri Tablo I'de gösterilmektir.

Chicken tlıigs presented to c01ısumption in various markets in Bursa were examined nıicrobiologically from tlıe aspect of colifomıs, Eschericlıia coli type I, total staphylococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and tlıe antibiotic susceptibility of the isolated and identified straius were determined. In the samples analyzed, the average colifonn count was found 19.x104/g. in which 32.35 % was Eschrichia coli type I. The average total staphylococcus and the average coagulase positive staphylococcus were fowıd as 4.5rl/g. and 3/g. respectively. The sensitivity and the resistance properties of the straihs of Stahylococcus aııreus and Escherichia coli are presented in Table I.
