Medine hâricinden gelenlerin Esbâb-ı Vürûd'a etkileri

Abstract

İslâm'ın Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'den sonra en önemli kaynağını teşkil eden hadisler, birbirinden çok farklı sebeplerle vârid olmuşlardır. Bu sebeplerin en önemlilerinden bir tanesi de Hz. Peygamber'e Medine hâricinden gelenlerin sordukları sorular ile bu insanların hâl ve hareketleridir. Medine'ye dışarıdan gelen bu insanlar, gerek tabiatları gerekse ihtiyaçları gereği olsun Hz. Peygamber'e sorularını rahatça sormuşlar, sahabe de onların bu hâlinden istifade etmiştir. Yine bu insanlar, Hz. Peygamber'in huzurunda müsbet-menfi pek çok davranışta bulunmuş, bu vesileyle Allah Elçisi'nin, hadisleri sevk etmesine sebep olmuşlardır. Sonuç olarak ise; bedevilerin Hz. Peygamber'e sormuş oldukları sorular incelenmiş ve bunların daha çok 'ibadet, itikâd, muamelât' gibi kendilerini birinci derecede ilgilendiren konularda olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca Hz. Peygamber, onların bir takım hâl ve hareketlerine yerine ve zamanına göre farklı muamelelerde bulunmuş, böylelikle bu olaylar, sahabe tarafından müşahede edilerek bizlere aktarılmıştır. Yine Hz. Peygamber, Medine'ye gelen elçiler hususunda güzel ağırlama, görevlendireceği kişiyi kabile üyelerinden seçme, hediye verme, dua etme, özel muamelede bulunma gibi bir takım prensipler geliştirmiştir. Böylelikle bu olayların tamamı, hadislerin ortaya çıkma sebebi olmuş ve Hz. Peygamber, bir bedevi veya elçinin şahsından asırlar sonrasına hitap etmiş, mesajını bizlere ulaştırmıştır. Tezimizde, Medine'ye dışarıdan gelen bedevi ve elçilerin Hz. Peygamber'e sordukları sorular ve her iki taraf arasındaki ilişkinin Esbâbu Vürûdi'l-Hadis'e etkisi ele alınmıştır.

There were many reasons for showing the hadiths up which form the basis for Islam after Koran. Most important one of them is the questions are asked by people who came except from Medina and these people's behaviours as well. These people who came except from Medina easily asked their questions to Muhammad because of both their characters and necessities, the companions utilised from their position also. Again these people acted many times in the face of Muhammad as posivitely-negatively, hereby they caused to God's prophet (messenger) to refer the hadiths. In conclusion, the questions asked by bedouins to Muhammad are reviewed and evaluated that these are about issues which concern themselves primarily like 'worship, creed, transaction'. Moreover, Muhammad treated different to their addresses based on location and time, so these developments are transferred us by companions after observing. Just the same, Muhammad builded a set of principles regarding prophets (messengers) came to Medina like 'accommodation well, choosing the responsible between clan members, giving gift, praying and special treatment'. Hereby, all these matters became the reason of showing the hadits up and Muhammad bespeaked to after centuries through a bedouins or prophet and got the message to us. In our thesis, the questions are evauated that asked by bedouins and prophets came expect to Medina and the relationship's affect to Esbâbu Vürûdi'l-Hadith between both side.
