Tasavvufta ölüm

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda ilk dönemden itibaren son döneme kadar yaşamış olan mutasavvıfların ölümle ilgili görüş ve yaklaşımları üzerinde durulmuştur. Tezimiz giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu ve önemi, çalışmanın metodu, tezde izlenen yöntem ve başvurulan eserler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde ölümün dini literatürdeki ve sûfîlere göre tanımı yapılmıştır. Ayrıca ölümün türleri, konusu ve mahalli gibi genel bilgilerden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde tasavvufî terbiye yöntemi olarak ölüm konusu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Burada önce ölüme hazırlanma, ardından seyrü sülûk ve ölümle ilgili âdab üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise ölümle ilgili kavram ve işârî yorumlara yer verilmiştir. Ölümle bağlantılı olarak değerlendirilen ve üzerinde durulan bu kavramlar genellikle menâzil kitaplarında ve diğer tasavvufî eserlerde yer aldığı şekilde ilk mertebelerden üst mertebelere doğru ele alınmıştır. Yine bu kısımda sûfîlerin, Kur’ân-ı Kerim’de yer alan ölümle ilgili ayetlere getirdikleri işârî yorumlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu yorumlar da kavramlarda olduğu gibi bir tertib ve sınıflandırmaya tâbî tutulmuştur.

In this study, the views and approaches of Sufis, who lived from the first period to the last period, about death were emphasized. Our thesis consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction part, information is given about the subject and importance of the research, the method of the study, the method followed in the thesis and the referenced works. In the first part, death is defined according to religious literature and Sufis. In addition, general information such as types, subject and place of death was mentioned. In the second chapter, information is given about the subject of death as a mystical education method. Here, firstly, preparation for death, then navigation, and adab related to death are emphasized. In the third and last part, the concept and sign interpretations about death are given. These concepts, which are evaluated and emphasized in connection with death, are generally discussed from the first to the upper levels as they are included in the range books and other Sufi works. Again, in this section, the implicit comments made by the Sufis to the verses about death in the Quran are discussed. These interpretations are also subject to an arrangement and classification as in the concepts.
