Geleneksel ve yerel ev mimarisinin değerlerini modern ve evrensel konut üretimi ile bütünleştirmek: Bursa örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Bursa kent merkezindeki 17-19. yüzyıl sivil mimari örnekleri ve kentsel yapı incelenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucunda geleneksel evde mimari değerler analiz edilerek dört ana başlık altında toplanmıştır. Bu değerlerden günümüz modern konutunda kaybolanlar, devam ettirilenler, yaşatılması gerekenler ile ilgili karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Modern konut üretimi hakkında bilgiler sunulmuş, kullanıcıların modern konuttan beklentileri incelenmiştir. Geleneksel ve yerel ev mimarisinin değerlerini modern ve evrensel konut üretimi ile bütünleştirme çalışması hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla birinci bölümde problemin tanımı, çalışmanın amacı ve yöntemi belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümde yapılacak çalışmanın yöntemini belirleyen kaynak araştırmaları, literatür taramaları ve alan analizleri yapılmıştır. Geleneksel ve yerel evin özellikleri, modern ve evrensel konut üretimi Dünya'da, Türkiye'de ve Bursa'da konut üretimi, modern konutta kullanıcı talepleri anlatılmıştır. Araştırmalar boyunca konuya ilişkin daha önce yazılmış akademik tezler, makalelerden yararlanılmıştır. Bursa kent merkezinde geleneksel ev ve modern konut uygulamaları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde yapılan çalışmanın materyal ve yöntemi ele alınmıştır. Bursa'da geleneksel ev mimarisi ve konut üretimi kapsamında Bursa'nın kentsel ve mimari gelişimi, fiziki özellikleri, tarihi yapısı ve kentsel dokusu çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılarak anlatılmıştır. İncelenecek alan hakkında bilgiler verildikten sonra geleneksel Bursa evlerindeki mimari özellikleri sosyokültürel, fiziksel, estetik ve ekonomik değerler kapsamında kategorize edilerek analizi yapılmıştır. Devamında Bursa'da konut üretimi anlatılmış, modern konut uygulamaları ile ilgili örneklere ve analizlere yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde çalışma alanının, geleneksel evlerin ve modern konutların geçmiş dönemdeki ve mevcut durumu sosyokültürel, fiziksel, estetik ve ekonomik olarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan uygulamalara ilişkin örnekler mimari olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Geleneksel Bursa ev mimarisinde mimari değerler ile modern konuttan beklentilerin karşılaştırılması yapılarak, konut üretiminde geleneksel ve yerel evin mimari değerlerini modern ve evrensel konut ile bütünleştirmek üzerine değerlendirmeler yapılmış, öneriler sunulmuştur. Beşinci ve son bölümde, yapılan çalışma sayesinde elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, the 17th-19th century civil architecture examples and urban structure in Bursa city center were examined. As a result of the reviews, architectural values of traditional houses were analyzed and grouped under four main headings. According to these values, comparisons have been made about what has disappeared, continued and what needs to be done in today's modern housing. Information about modern housing production was presented, and the expectations of users from modern housing were examined. It is aimed to integrate the values of traditional and local home architecture with modern and universal housing production. For this purpose, the definition of the problem, the purpose and method of the study are explained in the first part. In the second part, source researches, literature reviews and field analyzes that determine the method of the study have been made. The characteristics of the traditional local houses, modern and universal housing production in the world, ele almakhousing production in Bursa and Turkey, is described in the user demand for modern housing. Throughout the researches, previously written academic theses and articles about subject were used. Traditional house and modern house practices in Bursa city center were examined. In the third part, the material and method of the study are discussed. Within the scope of traditional house architecture and housing production in Bursa, the urban and architectural development, physical characteristics, historical structure and urban texture of Bursa are explained by using various sources. After giving information about the area to be studied, the architectural features of traditional Bursa houses were categorized within the scope of socio-cultural, physical, aesthetic and economic values were analyzed. Afterwards, housing production in Bursa was explained, examples and analyzes related to modern housing applications were given. In the fourth chapter, the past and current situation of the study area, traditional houses and modern houses are analyzed in terms of socio-cultural, physical, aesthetic and economic. Examples of the applications were evaluated as architectural. By comparing the architectural values in traditional Bursa house architecture with the expectations from modern housing, evaluations and suggestions were made on integrating the architectural values of traditional and local houses with modern and universal housing in housing production. In the fifth and last section, the results obtained through the study have been evaluated.
