Dil kökünde alveolar soft-part sarcoma

Abstract

Yumuşak dokunun ender gözlenen tümörlerinden biri olan "Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma" histolojisi, sitolojisi ve ultrastrüktürel yapısı iyi tanımlanmış olan, ancak histogenezi halen tartışılan, daima fatal seyir gösteren bir sarkomadır. Bu çalışmada 18 yaşındaki bir kadın hastada gözlediğimiz tümörün çok ender rastlanan dil kökü tutuluşu bildirilmiştir.

Alveolar soft-part sarcoma is one of the uncommon tumors of soft-tissue, which is well defined in histological, cytological, and ultrastructural grounds, but of uncertain histogenesis and is invariably fatal. In this paper we have reported a case of 18 years old woman the rare location of the tumor in the base of tongue.
