Abstract: | Novel Tetrac analogs were synthesized and then tested. Anti-angiogenesis efficacy was carried out using the Chick Chorioallantoic Membrane (CAM) model and the mouse matrigel model for angiogenesis. Pharmacological activities showed Tetrac can accommodate numerous modifications and maintain anti-angiogenesis activity. |
