Malnütrisyonlu çocuklarda lipid profillerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; 26 normal, 57 malnütrisyonlu çocukta lipid metabolizmasında görülen değişiklikleri araştırdık. Ayrıca protein metabolizmasındaki bozukluğu göstermesi açısından çalıştığımız serum apolipoprotein A ve B değerlerinin lipoprotein metabolizması üzerindeki etkilerini inceledik. Serum apolipoprotein seviyesinde normallere kıyasla saptadığımız yaklaşık yarı yarıya azalma, protein metabolizmasının PEM'lu olgularda bozulduğunu, bunun ise lipoprotein metabolizmasını negatif yönde etkileyerek, karaciğer yağlanmasına yol açtığı sonucuna vardık.

In this study, in children whom 26 were normal anda 57 with malnutrition, we studied the changes seen in the lipid metabolism. In addition, in order to indicate the disorders in the protein metabolism, we measured the serum apolipoprotein A and B levels and investigated their effects on the lipoprotein metabolism. Approximately fifty percent decrease. seen in the serum apolipoprotein levels, compared with normals, gave us the idea that the deterioration of protein metabolism in cases of PEM, affects the lipoprotein metabolism in a negative way and results with the steatosis of Liver.
