Kronik hemodiyaliz uygulamasında femoral ven kateterizasyonu

Abstract

Son 10 yılda (1976-1986) 336 kronik renal yetmezlik vakasına 3041 hemodiyaliz, femoral ven kateterizasyonu yöntemi ile uygulandı. Yapılan 6082 femoral ven kateterizasyonunda komplikasyon olarak ciddi hematom % 0.28, yüzeysel hematom % 6.3 ve retroperitoneal hematom % 0.06 oran da görüldü. Üç aydan daha fazla süre ile ardarda tüm hemodiyaliz leri femoral ven kateterizasyonu yöntemi ile yapılan 29 hastanın 24 'ünde deri altı fibrozisi, 2 vakada ise femoral vende pansiyon bölgesinde daralma görüldü.

For the last ten years ( 1976-1986), 3041 hemodialysis have been carried out with fenıoral vein catheterization in 336 patients with chronic renal failure. In 6082 femoral vein catheterization, severe hematoma (0.28 %), superficial hematoma (6.3 %) and retroperitoneal hematoma (0.06 %), have been observed. Subcutaneous fibrosis (24/29) and femoral vein regional narrowing (2/29) have been observed in 29 patients whose hemodialysis have been performed successfully with femoral vein catheterization within a period of more than 3 months.
