Abstract: Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastanesinde 1980-1987 yılları arasında 9 testiküler feminizasyon olgusu saptanmıştır. Bunların karyotip tayinleri, hormon profilleri ve laparoskopik tetkikleri yapılmıştır. Kesin tanıdan sonra testis ekstirpasyon ile yapılıp hormon replasman tedavisine alınmışlardır.
In Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Hospital in the period of 1980-1987 nine patients with testicular feminization are described and underwent serial investigations including karyotype detenninations, hormone profiles and laparoscopic examinations. Once the diagnosis is established gonadectomy and hormone replacement therapy is performed.
