Abstract: In this research isoenzymatic activity of Catechol oxidase (CO), Esterase (EST) and Peroxidase(PER) was studied in young leaves of 29 Turkish grape cultivars. Catechol oxidase, peroxidase and esterase isoenzyme banding patterns of 29 cultivars made it possible to distinguish between 29 Turkish grape cultivars. It was conculuded that all of the three enzyme systems provided the most usefull data as it was possible to distinguish all 29 grape cultivars.
