Malign trofoblastik hastalıklarda tanı- tedavi ve izleme yöntemleri

Abstract

Yazıda malign trofoblastik hastalıklarda tanı ve ayırıcı tanının nasıl yapılması gerektiği, buradaki esaslar, güçlükler ve değişik yazarların bu konudaki görüşleri bildirilmiş, hastalığın prognosu açıklanmıştı. Tedavideki yeni görüşler anlatılmış , histerektominin bu görüşteki yerine değinilmiş, sitostatiklerin bu hastalıklardaki rolü ve uygulama modelleri bildirilmiştir. Tedavinin sona ermesinden sonra hastaların izlenmesinin nasıl olması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Elde edilen iyileşme sonuçlan ve tedaviden sonra gebelik durumu tartışılmıştır.

In this article, the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis together with the prognosis of malignant trophoblastic the essentials, difficulties and the opinions of different authors about the subject have been discussed. The new outlook of the therapy, the role of hysterectomy, the cytostatics and their mode of administration have been reviewed. How to control the patients after the therapy has also been given. The result of improvement and the pregnancy situations after the treatment are discussed.
