Kontrol altına alınamayan pelvik kanamalarda intraarteryel embolizasyon

Abstract

Operasyon ya da doğum sonrası oluşan ve çoklukla hayatı tehdit eden, hipogastrik arter orijinli pelvik kanamaların kontrolü amacıyla çeşitli yöntemler uygulanmaktadır. Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalında, histerektomi sonrası pelvik kanama nedeniyle uyguladığımız ve tek ya da çift taraflı hipogastrik arter bağlanmasına göre daha etkin ve daha az komplikasyonlu olduğunu düşündüğümüz otojen intraarteryel embolizasyon olgusu sunulmuş ve yöntem tanıtılmıştır.

Different methods to control the life -threatening pelvic hemorrhage originated from hypogastric artery , often seen after the pelvic operations or delivery, can be used. Among them the unilateral or bilateral ligation of hypogastric artery is most popular. In our clinic, namely Uludağ University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, we tried to present another method. intra arterial Otogen Tissue Embolisation, that we believe is more effective and has less complication than the others. Because of a case having abundant bleeding from the vaginal stump, one week after hysterectomy operation, we felt the necessity of this article.
