Klomifen sitrat' a bağlı 79 gebeliğin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

1983-1988 yılları arasında, Klomifen sitrat ile ovulasyon indüksiyonu sonucu gelişen 79 gebelik incelendi. Gebeliklerin % 73.4 'ü ilk 3 tedavi siklusunda oluştu. Gebeliklerin % 2.5 'i ikiz (2 adet ikiz gebelik) idi. Abortus insidansı,% 11.4 ve ovarial kist insidansı % 15.3 idi. Klomifen dozu arttıkça, elde edilen gebelik sayısının azaldığını saptadık. Bu gebelikler arasında 3 adet konjenital anomali uyardı. Bunlardan birincisi, bir anensefali olgusu, ikincisi, bir megasistis-mikrokolon intestinal hipoperistaltizm sendromu olgusu ve üçüncüsü renal agenesis, pulmoner hipoplazi olgusu idi.

Between the years 1983-1988, 79 pregnancies were, as the result of ovulation induction with Clomiphene citrate, evaluated. The % 73.4 of the pregnancies occurred in the first three cycles of the therapy. The % 2.5 of pregnancies were twins (2 twin pregnancies). The incidence of abortion was % 11.4 and the incidence of ovarian cyst was % 15.3. We observed that, because the dosage of clomiphene was increased the pregnancy rate was decreased. There were three congenital anomalies in these pregnancies. The first of these anomalies was an anencephaly case, the second was an megacystis-microcolon intestinal hypoperistalsis case and the third one was a renal agenesis and pulmonary hypoplasia case.
