Meme kanserli 74 olgunun retrospektif analiz

Abstract

Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı'nda 1 Ocak 1982 - 31 Mayıs 987 tarihleri arasında meme kanseri olduğu histolojik olarak kanıtlanmış tümü kadın olan 74 olgu retrospektif olarak dosya kayıtlarından incelendi. Patolojik evrelendirme 8 olgu I. evrede, 47 olgu Il., 13 olgu III. ve 6 olgu IV. evrede bulundu. Postoperatif kontrolleri yapılan 22 olgunun 6 ay-71 aylık takipleri tamamlandı. Bu olguların ortalama 3 yıllık takibinde 2 olguda metastaz saptanmış böylece genel hastalıksız devre geçiren olgu oranı (15/22) % 68 bu süre içerisinde kansere bağlı ölüm ise (4/22) % 18 oranında görülmüştür.

Between January the 1 st 1982 and May the 31 st 1987 at the general surgical department of Uludağ University Medical School 74 consecutive patients with breast cancer were analysed retrospectively. All of the patients were female and according to pathological evaluation 8 of them were Stage I, 47 Stage II, 13 Stage III, and 6 Stage IV. 22 o f the patients have been followed up between 6 and 71 months. In this follow up period, 2 metastases and 4 deaths related to cancer were found. Thus, the average 3 years of disease free period rate is 68 percent (15/ 22 cases) and mortality rate due to breast cancer is 18 percent (4/22 cases).
