Post travmatik Supraseller Arachnoid kist vak'ası ve literatüre bakış

Abstract

Nadir görülen bir supraseller arachnoid kist vak' ası takdim edildi. Bu nedenle, supraseller arachnoid kistlerin tanımları için gerekli laboratuvar yöntemleri üzerinde duruldu. Hastalığın etio- patogenezine ait hipotezler incelendi. En çok ayrılması lazım gelen hastalıklarla mukayeseleri yapıldı. Özetle, direkt radyolojik bulgu vermiyen, fakat muntazam olmıyan bitemporal hemianopsi gösteren, sisternografide supraseller hava birikmesi olan durumlarda arachnoid kist' i de hatırlanmalı ve araştırmalar buna göre düzenlenmelidir.

A rarely seen SAC case has been presented. For this purpose the diagnostic tests of SAC has been reweived. The Etio-pathogenetic aspects of the disease has been discussed. The dif. diagnosis of SAC with the most confused other cases has been made. Summary, In the cases with negatif direct Rad. findings but have bilateral temporal hemianopsie, with supraseller air accumilation in the cysternographie one should always keep SAC in his mind and investigate in this way also.
