Gemlik bölgesinde sağlık hizmetlerinin analizi

Abstract

Gemlik Eğitim Araştırma Bölgesinde (GEAB) 8 yıllık çalışmaların sonuçları, aynı amaç için kurulmuş diğer Eğitim Araştırma Bölgeleri (EAB) ile kıyaslanmış ve sonuçların sağlık hizmeti modeli ile ilişkileri araştırılmıştır. Sonuçta bütün EAB lerin özellikle ana-çocuk sağlığı, bağışıklama ölümlerin önlenebilir olanlarının azaltılması gibi alanlarda kısa sürede büyük başarılar sağladıkları görülmektedir. Türkiye'de uygulanan yasal mevzuata göre hizmet veren bu bölgelerdeki başarı, örgütlenme içindeki personelin niteliğine, hizmet içi ilişkilere modelin tam uygulanmasına bağlanabilir.

Ih this article, the results of eight years.activities in Gemlik Training and Research Area (GEAB) are compared with the activities of the other training and research areas attached to medical schools in Turkey. In addition influences of the health services model onto the activities are investigated. It was found that almost in all the training and research areas, health services, especially mother and child health services, immunization and reduction of the preventable deaths have been greatly improved. The success of the health services in all these research and training areas are due to the proper application of rules and refulationı related with the health services as well as the quality of health personnel and their good in-service relationships.
