dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada taze ve viskozitesi iyice azalmış (yanık) mineral yağ, sıçanların deri altına her ay enjekte edilerek mesanede tümör oluşturmaya çalışıldı. Deneyin başlangıcından 36 ay sonunda hayatta kalan 4 sıçanın mesanesinde, detrusorun kalınlaştığı ve papiller yapıdaki oluşumların mesanenin içine doğru büyüdüğü gözlendi. Bu deneysel çalışmayla, gerek kullanılmamış gerek se kullanılmış mineral yağla, mesanedeki patolojik değişikliklerin uzun süreç içinde gelişebileceği sonucuna varıldı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn the experimental study, rats were injected subcutaneous fresh and used mineral oil (engine oil) every month for 36 months and the tumor like growths has been searched in the bladder of the animals. Microscopically, there were mucosal papillary growths and thickennig of detrusor of bladder of these rats. It was concluded that long term usage fresh or used mineral oil may cause certain pathological mucosal changes in the bladder.tr_TR
