| Abstract: | Etyolojisinde travma, cerrahi girişim veya akut pankreatit gibi nedenlerin yer aldığı pankreas fistülleri genellikle pankreas yalancı kistlerinin drenajından sonra ortaya çıkarlar. Bu fistüller spontan olarak kapanmadıkları zaman metabolik ve fistülün dışa açıldığı bölgede kozmik bozukluklara neden olurlar. Although pancreatic fistulas may develop after trauma, operation and acute pancreatitis, they usually develop after the drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts. If the fistulas don't close spontaneously they would lead to metabolic derangement and cosmetic problems near the external openings of fistulas. |
