| Abstract: | Duodenal ülser tanısı ile ameliyat edilen hastaların yaklaşık % 3-10'unda ortaya çıkan Marginal ülserler hasta ve doktor için kompleks bir problem teşkil edip iyi planlanmış bir tedaviyi gerektirirler. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde 1980-1982 yılları arasında marginal ülser ve komplikasyonları nedeni ile ameliyat edilen 6 olgu sunulmuş ve konu tartışılmıştır. Marginal ulcers which appear in the 3-10 percent of operated duodenal ulcer patients, pose a complex for both the doctor and the patient and require a carefully planned treatment. In this study 6 patients who were operated with diagnosis of marginal ulcer or with complications of marginal ulcer were presented and subject discussed. |
