dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, 198 kadına ait ( 139 yakınması olan, 59 kontrol) serviks sürüntüsü ve 50 erkekten alınan (40 yakınması olan, 10 kontrol) üretral akıntı, endoüretral sürüntü, meni, idrar gibi örnekler rutin bakteriyolojik yöntemlerle ve genital mycoplasma izolasyonu açısından incelenmiştir. Kadın hasta grubundan % 65.4 (kontrol grubundan % 49.1) ve erkek hasta grubundan % 45 (kontrol grubundan % 10) oranında genital mycoplasma izole edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, cervical swabs of 198 women ( 139 with urogenital complaints and 59 controls) and specimens like urethral discharge, endourethral swab, ejaculate and urine from 50 men (40 with urogenital complaints and 10 controls) were examined with routine bacteriological methods and for the isolation of genital mycoplasma.en_US
