Kuşluk namazı ile ilgili hadislerin tespiti ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Kuşluk namazı dini gelenekte önemli bir yere sahiptir. Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v) sahih hadislerde haber verdiği üzere bu namaz, kılındığı zaman sevap, kılınmadığı zaman da günah olmayan ibadet türündendir. Ancak konu hakkında varit olan hadislerin konuya delalet edip etmemesi veya sıhhat bakımdan tartışmalı olması âlimlerin bu namaz hakkında farklı görüşler ortaya koymasına sebep olmuştur. Genel İslam âlimleri tarafından müstehab bir sünnet olarak kabul görse de bazı âlimler onun bidat veya sünnet olmadığını ireli sürmüşlerdir. Bu sebeple bu tezde kuşluk namazı konusu ela alınıp incelenmektedir. İlk başta kuşluk namazı hakkında tam bir bilgi elde edinip onu satırlara dökerek okuyucuya faydalı olmak hedefleniyor. Tezimiz hadis kaynaklarında bu konu ile alakalı olan tüm hadislerin tespit edilip hadis usûlüne dayanarak değerlendirilmesi, var olan hadislerin tahrîci ve zıt olanların izahını amaçlanmaktadır.

Duha prayer holds a special place in the religious tradition. According to the authentic (sahih) narrations of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), this prayer is mentioned as one of the good deeds in case of its implementation and is not recalled as a sin in case of its unfulfillment. However, some savants shared various opinions on the mentioned prayer because of the lack of extant narrations with clear signification or being controversial in terms of authenticity. Although being accepted as fair sunnah by many Muslim jurists, this prayer is mentioned as bid'ah or has no reference to sunnah. To this end, Duha prayer is taken into consideration in this thesis. Firstly, it is aimed to provide the complete information about Duha prayer by presenting it in the sentences in order to be useful for the every reader. The thesis also aims to determine and evaluate all hadiths, according to the narrative method, given in the sources which are related to the topic and elicit them by giving the explanations for opposed hadiths.
