Ebu'l-Feyz el-Gumârî ve hadisçiliği

Abstract

Mağrib, hadis ilimleri açısından seçkin bir yere sahiptir. Bölgede tarih boyunca yetişen birçok hadis âlimi İslam kültür tarihine önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Son dönem mu-haddislerinden Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed b. Muhammed b. es-Sıddîk, Mağrib’in yetiştirdiği önemli hadis âlimlerinden biridir. Velût bir araştırmacı olan Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed, hadis tenkidi açısından da son dönemin öne çıkan şahsiyetleri arasında zikredilir. Kendisini müçtehit olarak kabul etmesi, uzmanlaştığı hadis ilimleri sahasında gerek rivayetlerin de-ğerlendirmesi gerekse de raviler hakkında verilen cerh-ta‘dîl hükümlerinin tenkidi konu-sunda kendine has neticelere ulaşmasını sağlamıştır. Sahip olduğu ilmî kişiliğin yanında içtihat taraftarlığı, bir tarikat şeyhi olması, Şiî düşünceler taşıması ve modern İslam anla-yışına karşı mücadele etmesi, Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed’in başta hadis olmak üzere çeşitli İslâmî ilimlerdeki konumunu daha dikkat çekici kılmaktadır. “Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed el-Gumârî ve Hadisçiliği” isimli bu çalışma, yirminci asrın ilk yarısında Mağrib’in ilmî, siyasî ve sos-yolojik durumu ile Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed’in hayatı, ilmî kişiliği ve hadis tenkidinde takip ettiği metodu konu edinmektedir. Buna göre; Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed’in yaşadığı dönemde Mağrib’in siyasi ve kültürel durumu irdelenmiş, İslam dünyasının o dönemdeki ilim mer-kezleri ve Mağrib’in hadis ilimleri açısından durumu değerlendirilmiş ve Ebu'l-Feyz Ah-med’in hangi metotları kullanarak rivayetler hakkında hükme vardığı ve yerleşik usûl kurallarına ne derecede bağlı kaldığı gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed’in rivayet tenkidinde hadisçilerle aynı metodu (isnad tenkidi) kullandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak onu ayrıcalıklı kılan husus, hadisçilere isnad sisteminin kullanımında ciddi eleştiriler getirmesi olmuştur. Hadisleri tashîh etmede, merdûd hadislerin makbul hale gelmesini sağlayan bazı metotları kullanmada son derece geniş (mütesâhil) davran-dığı tespit edilmiştir.

Maghrib has a distinguished place in terms of hadith sciences. Many hadith scholars who grew up in the region throughout history made important contributions to the history of Islamic culture. One of the last period muhaddis, Abu'l-Fayd Ahmed b. Muhammed b. es-Siddiq is one of the important hadith scholars raised by Maghrib. Abu'l-Fayd Ahmad has written many books. He is one of the prominent scholars of the last period in terms of hadith criticism. He considers himself a mujtahid. Accordingly, he reached unique conclusions about both the soundness of the hadiths and the situation of the narrators in terms of cerh-tadil. He is a tariqa sheikh and has Shiite thoughts. He is also against mo-dern Islamic thought. Therefore, his position in Islamic sciences, especially hadith sci-ence, is remarkable. This study, titled "Abu'l-Feyz Ahemd al-Gumari and His Hadith," deals with the scientific, political and sociological situation of the Maghreb in the first half of the twentieth century. And Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed's life, scientific personality and the aspects he followed in hadith criticism. According to this; During the period when Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed lived, the political and cultural situation of Maghrib was examined, and the science centers of the Islamic world at that time and the situation of Maghrib in terms of hadith sciences were evaluated. It has been tried to show which methods Abu'l-Feyz Ah-med used to reach conclusions about the hadiths and to what extent he adhered to the established rules of procedure. In the study, it was determined that Ebu'l-Feyz Ahmed used the same method (isnad criticism) with the hadith scholars in his criticism of the narration. However, what made him privileged in this regard was that he brought serious criticism to hadith scholars in the use of the isnad system.
