Akıllı tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve alan yazınına ilişkin bibliyometrik analiz

Abstract

Tezin hareket noktası ve amacı, tedarik zinciri alanının, endüstri 4.0 bağlamında akıllı sistemler ile olan etkileşimi açısından akademik anlamda hangi kavram ve temalar üzerinde geliştiğinin belirlenmesidir. Bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile Web of Science veri tabanında yayınlanan akademik makale ve bildiriler eş-kelime yöntemi ile incelenerek ana temalar ve bu temalar arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, elde edilen temaların kümelenerek görsel haritalandırılması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analiz neticesinde belirlenen kümelere ve bu kümelerde yer alan alt-temalara göre hipotetik bir kavramsallaştırma yapılmıştır. Tez çalışması üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm tedarik zincirindeki değişimin sanayi devrimleri bağlamında nasıl olgunlaştığı üzerinde durmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise akıllı tedarik zinciri olgusunun yapısı ve içeriği açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm ise belirtildiği üzere akıllı tedarik zinciri alanına yönelik yapılan bibliyometrik analizi içermektedir. Bunu takiben, elde edilen bulgular ışığında sonuç ve tartışma alt bölümleri yer almaktadır.

The starting point and purpose of the thesis is to determine which concepts and themes the field of supply chain develop academically in terms of its interaction with smart systems in the context of industry 4.0. With the bibliometric analysis method, academic articles and papers published in the Web of Science database were examined by the co-word method and the main themes and the relationships between these themes were determined. In addition, visual mapping was carried out by clustering the obtained themes. As a result of the analysis, a hypothetical conceptualization was made according to the determined clusters and the sub-themes in these clusters. The thesis work consists of three parts. The first chapter focuses on how the change in the supply chain has matured in the context of industrial revolutions. In the second part, the structure and content of the smart supply chain phenomenon are explained. The third section includes the bibliometric analysis for the smart supply chain area. Following this, in the light of the findings, there are subsections of conclusion and discussion.
