Nitrat ve nitrit'in farelerde immunosupresif etkileri üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

Eighty white mice, which were a month of age, were divided into four equal numbered groups and were fed for six months under the same circumstances. During this period 400 mg/lt of NaN02 and NaN03 were added into the drinking water of third and {ourth groups, respectively . At the end of six months, all groups except for the first one were injected Hitchner B1 (10 /D/0.25 ml) of Newcastle virus (NV) by way of subcutan three times at one day intervals. Fifteen days after the last injection blood was taken from all the animals in separate groups;serums were prepared arıd examined by means of Hemagglutination-inhibition (H tests. Asa result, the tillers of the four different groups were found to be 2- l , 2- , 2- 5 and 2 -4 HI tilers respectively. Meanwhile, immunosuppressive effect was observed in the third and {ourth groups, into whose drinking water nitrite and nitrate were added.

Bir aylık seksen beyaz fare dört eşit gruba ayrıldı ve altı ay müddetle aynı şartlarda beslendiler. Bu müddet zarfında üçüncü ve dördüncü grupların içme sularına 400 mg/ lt. miktarlarda sırası ile NaN02 ve NaN03 tuzları ilave edildi. Bu süre sonunda birinci grup hariç diğer gruplar Newcastle hastalığı virüsü (NHV) Hitchner B1 ( 10 İD/0.25 ml) ile subkutan yolla birer gün ara ile üç defa aşılandılar. Son enjeksiyondan 15 gün sonra bütün hayvanlardan ayrı gruplar halinde kan alındı. Serumları çıkarıldı ve Hemaglutinasyon-inhibisyon (HI) testleri uygulanarak bağışıklık durumları incelendi. Sonuçta I. grupta 2 - 2 HI titresi, II. grupta 2-6 HI titresi, III. grupta 2 - 5 HItitresi ve IV. grupta 2-4 HI titresi tespit edildi. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar içme sularına nitrit ve nitrat katılan sırası ile üçüncü ve dördüncü gruplarda immunsupresif etki meydana gelmiştir.
